01Our Disclosures
Important points for you to know before you become a customer:
- •We may amend these Terms, remove features or functionality of the Platform at any time.
- •Your Membership term is set out on the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the expiry of your term.
- •Memberships roll over on an ongoing basis unless suspended or terminated.
- •Fees and Service Fees are generally non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
02Introduction
2.1. These terms and conditions (Terms) are entered into between FollowUp AI (we, us or our) and you, together the Parties and each a Party.
2.2. We provide a cloud-based, software as a service platform where individuals and businesses can manage their professional relationships, track follow-up communications, and automate relationship management tasks (Platform).
2.3. In these Terms, you means the person or entity registered with us as an Accountholder or where you do not have an Account, the person or entity using the Platform.
03Acceptance and Platform Licence
3.1. You accept these Terms by registering on the Platform and/or using the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
3.2. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, worldwide, non-transferable licence to use our Platform.
Prohibited Actions
- • Unlawful acts or breaches of privacy
- • Harassment, threats, or unsolicited messaging
- • Tampering, viruses, or data mining
04AI Disclaimer & Responsibility
CRITICAL: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR AI OUTPUT
Users acknowledge that FollowUp AI uses artificial intelligence to generate drafts. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all content before sending emails via the platform. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or may not reflect your intended tone.
